This shallot-infused olive oil has just the right oniony taste I've been craving. Not too sharply oniony, but not so mellow that it would be tasteless. It's just right. I can enjoy eating again! I also use the garlic- infused olive oil where I used to use garlic, and now that I have these two oils, I'm back to enjoying my food even more. Thank you FODY!

I was diagnosed with SIBO. And the FODMAPs diet was prescribed as pard of the treatment. I have children and a husband that I am cooking for. Not just myself so I try only to make one meal that I can eat as well. It has been challenging. I found your line while reading a living with SIBO blog. And was so excited!!!! I love cooking and trying new things but I like flavour. We also have family favourites that I have been able to adapt thanks to you guys! I have used the salsa, oils, salad dressing, and soup base. I also appreciate that all of the ingredients are food! No weirdness.
