Fodmap eating can be overwhelming, but Fody foods are a big help. But for the older fodmap person, has to understand the need for flavor seems to come from a higher sodium content. So use caution. Flavors are great!
The chicken soup base is great; it doesn't seem any different than a regular chicken soup base. We eat this (in soup obviously) nearly every week. It is very kid friendly. My 8 year old would eat this soup every day if I let him. It comes in a good size container, is easy to store (doesn't need to be refrigerated). We also have the vegetable soup base (also good but slightly less popular with my kids) and the beef soup base (which I think is fine but my kids don't like).
Easy to prepare and tasty to boot!
