I tried the first of these spices last night, and honestly they weren't that great. The steak seasoning had way too much black & red pepper; it actually triggered an IBS attack. Not sure I'll be trying the others; we'll have to see how I do the rest of today.
So grateful that I came across this site. I was struggling trying to find any seasonings with flavor that did not include garlic or onion. They are delicious and worth every penny.

I felt lost when starting the low fodmap diet, and these spices have been a huge help. Combining these spices with the infused oils has made the transition so much easier!
I love the Fody spice mixes, and use them several times a week. My kids especially love the Taco seasoning. I was very disappointed though to find that the BBQ blend was missing, it was our favourite. I hope you bring it back!
