These bars are delicious and easy. I take medication several times a day and need something to eat for a few of these times. I wish I had discovered these bars the first time I tried to eliminate FODMAPs. I have a request though. I would love a delicious low Fodmap bar with 15-30 grams of protein for around 200 calories. I have only found one source that reaches these macros without FODMAPs and I can rarely bring myself to eat the bar. I gained a bunch of weight and need to get rid of it. Please help!
