The first time I made this I followed the directions and used 1 tablespoon. I wasn't as strong as I would've liked so the next time I used 1.5 tablespoons and it was perfect. I made gravy for poutine with this stuff and it tasted just as good, if not better, than the high FODMAP veggie broth I used to use. Will definitely purchase this again.
Low FODMAP Soup Base
Very tasty and amazing to not have garlic and onion! Used in a soup/stew and was fabulous. I find it requires a little more than they say to make it flavorful. Can use to season veggies or potatoes as well.
