The Vegetable Soup Base is just what I needed to make a Low Fodmap Vegetable Soup. It adds just the right flavor, without garlic and onion, to make the soup very tasty. Yum!
If I am not making my own Vegetable soup base, this is it. Although, I use this more often as a seasoning and flavor enhancer in low FODMAP chili, stews and sauces.
