Delicious!

These bars are a tasty, filling grab and go snack that is easy to digest. They have an excellent flavour and hold together well. Our family always has a box in the cupboard!

complaint about your customer service

I had ordered this bar for many times. The bar itself was very good, but my recent experience with the customer service is very unpleasant. When I received the package, it seemed that it had been soaked with water, and the inner box also had water mark on it. I contacted customer service asked for a replacement, the customer service representative named Lisa asked me " where did the water come from? " Am I supposed to know where did the water come from? When you sent a package to Vancouver during the winter season, it will likely suffer water damage, I am surprised that your shipping department didn't use a plastic bag inside. When Lisa finally agreed to send me a replacement, she sent me an email asking if I'd like to have the package sent to the same address? Before I answer her back, about one minute later, she sent me another email saying my address had been updated, to me it meant I don't need to reply to her anymore. But a week later, she sent me an email saying please confirm if you want us sent the package to the same address?
