Yummy, easy to digest, have some in my car as well as a stash at home!

Very tasty, and definitely my favourite flavour of the bars Fody offers. These bars are a necessity for me. As a person with ADHD on a low fodmap diet, sometimes I just don't manage food very well. When I'm having trouble prepping food, I can keep a couple of these bars in my coat pocket to ensure I don't have to go hungry or eat something that might make me sick. I'm going to be ordering them again soon.
