I've been using this in Asian recipes where I would normally use a mixture of soy sauce and hoison sauce (sweeter), to great success in Filipino caldereta and Taiwanese 3-cup chicken to make it low FODMAP. It's spicier than I expected, but not hot, but I removed one star because it is very tart--and traditional Korean bbq sauce isn't this tart, but usually you can use the acidity to your advantage because it makes a dish lighter or more balanced. Try it!

I did not eat it. Several ingredients I simply cannot have. I gave it to my son and wait for his report on it! I love the ketchup & bbq sauce tho
I used this the first time as a marinade for chicken in the slow cooked. It was really good! I enjoyed it a lot. Definitely purchase again.
