I've used this in several recipes and am continuously surprised how tasty and versatile it's proven to be. When I started the FODMAP plan I was afraid it'd be nothing but bland chicken and boring rice. Fody's here to prove me wrong! I've used this mix anywhere I used Italian herbs and spices with great results. I'm also grateful it doesn't include pepper or spices, as my stomach's not a fan. This seasoning mix is yummy, and very safe for the delicate tummy. Highly recommended!

This is a decent seasoning, but the flavor isn't strong. I like some of Fody's other products better, and will make my own fodmap-friendly seasonings with spices in my cupboard rather than buying this again.
Too many other herbs for my taste. Looking for a substitute for traditional lemon pepper seasoning.
