Gut friendly

I’ve been purchasing from Fody on and off for the last 4 years. I suffer from IBD and their sauces,dressings and seasonings are all I use. Also their dark chocolate and nut bars are like eating dessert

Great Flavor

I use this blend practically every day. It has a great flavor and enhances every meat, fish, and vegetable that I have used it on. It is good in stir-fries, baked, and grilled items. I like the hint of lemon and use it with my homemade marinades too.

Not just for fish

Not only did it add wonderful flavor to the various white fish varieties, breaded and unbreaded , pan fried or baked I tried , but was equally right for chicken breasts or parts, with or without skin, topped with very thin lemon slices given space to brown.
