I love garlic and oniion but they don't love me back. The Fody oils are heavily infused and I can have my onion and garlic flavor without the unpleasant effects. And I sure don't miss chopping garlic and onion, having what's left over go bad in the fridge or finding I'm out of them when making a dish. Fody oils are delicious, shelf stable and always available. I'd use them even if I didn't need to avoid fresh garlic and onion. And as a bonus, I get lots of healthy olive oil.

This always make a wonderful addition to my cooking. It's easy to cook with my favorite flavors without making me sick.

The products are just amazing. I hope one day you guys come up with some more different items that would be wonderful:)
