Excellent Customer Service

When my order arrived there was a damaged bottle. I emailed right away with photos and by the next day I had received a response and it was rectified. Rare to experience such prompt and friendly customer service! The BBQ sauce and the other products I have tried are all excellent

Finally found a barbeque sauce that’s made with apple cider vinegar. Most sauces are made with white vinegar, which is derived from corn.
I wish that you made a larger bottle.

Unfortunately mine had gone rancid. The due date was good but the lid had become loose under the tamper proof plastic coating.
