I mixed this dressing with a bit of mayo to make it creamy and it turned out so well!! When mixed into the salad it was delicious. However I am not a big fan of the dressing on its own.
The flavor is so disappointing. I make my own low FODMAP Caesar that is FAR closer to the real thing. This dressing is way too much like just apple cider vinegar with some herbs thrown in.
I'm not sure what it is about this dressing but I took one bite and haven't used it since. I won't order it again. I'll stick with the Maple Dijon dressing.
I am not usually a big fan of Caesar dressing because it is too creamy and fattening, but this dressing is sooo good! It's light, low in sugar and very tasty. I would highly recommend, even if you don't need to eat low FODMAP!
