I used to have garlic in most of my meals.. But since i discovered i had IBS and i had to remove it, it was the end of 'good food' for me. Until i found this fody low fodmap garlic infused oil. It saved my love for food even with IBS. Thank you fodyfoods

Really enjoying the garlic infused oil oil. Would definitely buy it again!

Excellent product, made from quality EVOO. Removing garlic from my diet was a huge challenge but this oil has changed the game. Sure, you can make your own, but it may not keep as long, and nothing beats the convenience of having a safe low-FODMAP oil in your pantry, ready to go. The bottles have always arrived quickly and very well packaged. Finally there always seems to be a sale going on, or coupons for future purchases in my boxes, which keeps me coming back.

A note about flavour: Many people seem to wish the garlic flavour was stronger. I've found that using a mix of FODY oil with regular EVOO while cooking, and then using a drizzle of FODY to finish meals once cooked will impart more flavour. Inevitably though, it won't replace a clove of fried garlic, but I've learned to better appreciate the taste of ingredients without using garlic as a base for all my dishes. It didn't take long for my tastebuds to adapt (take it from someone who used to live in Italy and couldn't imagine a garlic-free life.)
