Original BBQ Sauce: Tomato Puree (Tomato Paste, Water), Apple Cider Vinegar, Raw Cane Sugar, Molasses, Organic Horseradish, Sea Salt, Natural Smoke Flavor, Black Pepper.

Medium Salsa: Diced Tomatoes, Tomato Puree (Water, Tomato Paste), Jalapeno Peppers, Cilantro, Apple Cider Vinegar, Sea Salt, Lime Juice Concentrate, Cumin.

Ketchup: Tomato Puree (Water, Tomato Paste), Organic Cane Sugar, Distilled Vinegar, Salt, Black Pepper, Clove Powder, Chili Powder, Allspice Powder, Cinnamon Powder.

Really great

I bought this and some bars to start and everything was so good. So I went and bought pretty much everything. Everything tastes so good and makes me not miss the garlic, onion etc. Highly recommend if your trying to follow low fodmap diet. Or even if your not. Still delish

So far, I really like!

I’ve tried all the bars (warm them up first so not so chewy) taco seasoning, ranch seasoning, steak seasoning, chicken bouillon, salsa verde, bbq sauce & sesame ginger. I enjoyed them all. Bbq sauce was awesome on my chicken. Look forward to trying it on a roast and making pulled pork. I wasn’t in any pain so that’s definitely the best part of eating FODY. I hope they make way more items!! Look forward to seeing NEW stuff hopefully…

Great place to start

Love all of the products. I’ve since reordered a ton of all the pasta sauces, the ketchup and Bbq sauce taste great on anything. I’ve used the taco seasoning on everything from ground beef to chicken to potatoes. So glad I found Fody Foods!
