I recently discovered I cannot eat onions in any form - Thanks to my research on FODMAPS. I am a passionate cook and love onions and needless to say that threw a wrench in my recipes. Onion/shallot infused olive oil is VERY hard to find. When the local olive oil stores stock it, it is combined with Cilantro! Yuk! Even if you like cilantro, which I don’t, do you really want cilantro flavor mixed in with your Italian food!? I tried another online boutique seller of onion infused olive oil and it was flat. Fody is the only retailer that makes great tasting shallot infused olive oil. Thanks! My only criticism is that you seem to run out of it from time to time.
