Shallot Infused Olive Oil/ Blessing in a Bottle

I am a chef and am used to eating garlic and onions ALL the time, but now with IBS, cannot without serious discomfort for days after. This Shallot Infused Olive Oil really adds the onion flavor to a dish without any regret. It's light enough to use on a salad, and works great in marinara. I even add some to my meatballs when I make them. It keeps them moist and succulent and adds that little something extra. Thank You Thank You!

I am so happy to have some flavor back in my cooking! Delicious!
