Unlike garlic infused oil, I have had a hard time finding any onion/shallot infused oil. Fody's is perfect, I use it in salads and to sub for onions in marinades.

I use this on my hash browns in the morning and to season roasted chicken and vegetables. It is so good. I just bought another bottle at Sprouts grocery.
