The Shallot Infused Oil adds so much flavor to foods. If you’ve been missing onion, this oil is for you! My daughter uses and loves it and she doesn’t have stomach issues!
I suppose a little is better than nothing and let's face it there's nothing else out there but when you really hoped for a real replacement for the shallot/oniony flavour this is just a bit too mild for any true flavour bump. Ok for frying but not really enhancing. Can't say if would reorder given the price.

Used your marinara sauce for my pizza and drizzled the shallot and garlic infused olive oil and it tasted wonderful.
