Too sweet

I like the level of spice but it is strangely sweet and very oily. I was surprised at the amount of oil on top of the sauce when I opened the jar. I won’t be ordering this one again

Pasta Saice

In the past I have regularly ordered pasta sauce and was happy to find Fody Foods. In late fall they were out of stock. Once the stock returned I ordered my usual six bottles. The name changed from Arriabatta to spicy marinara. Did the recipe/formula change too. The former one was awesome. The new has less flavour and is waaay more oily. I am disappointed.

I like this sauce!

I love the flavor of this sauce. Its definitely got a kick to it. The only unfortunate thing is the fat content and high calorie nature of this item. I wish I could get the low fodmap alternative without having to compensate with such high fat content (I assume from the olive oil).

Big miss for Fody

Up until today, I had yet to find a Fody product I didn’t like - but this is now the first. While the sauce does have a bit of a kick to it, I found it otherwise bland and without much of a real flavour profile. It felt like I was constantly dumping in additional herbs to add any hint of flavour. However, it also gave me absolutely ripping, horrible heartburn. I’ve been good with every other Fody product I’ve tried but my system did not like or appreciate this one. I will definitely be sticking to the plain tomato basil one. Overall, a disappointing product from start to finish that left me with a broken heart and heart burn.
