I Needed This

Love the Fody low FODMAP snack bars. I keep the ones that don’t have chocolate in my car (chocolate melts in hot car) for after taking the dog to the dog park. She gets a dog treat. I get a human treat. (Oh, and I keep the chocolate ones for home.)

Low FODMAP Snack Bars

I love these Snack Bars - especially because not only are they Low FODMAP, but they are also Gluten Free which is a big issue for me. My only problem with them is that they are so yummy I want to eat too many of them at a time!

Love these bars!

I love the almond dark chocolate and the peanut butter quinoa the best. Being able to bundle and save a little is nice since they aren’t cheap. But I can eat them and don’t make me sick so it’s well worth it and very convenient.
