I've been a customer for years and rely on their products. But a recent order arrived with a broken jar, which happens, I know. What is disturbing is the lack of response from customer service. Improvement is needed in this department.

What a relief for my wife to have found a ready made soup that is Fodmap friendly!

I know this is marketed as a soup base, but has come in handy as a replacement (mixed with some other lowfodmap seasonings) for your generic chicken seasonings. Mixed with a bit of cumin & lowfodmap chili powder and some gluten-free flour - and my son proclaimed it was the best baked chicken he's ever had. Thank you Fody for making such great tasting products! My young son was really upset when he found out what he couldn't have anymore - but you all have made it so he doesn't feel like he's missing out on his favorites anymore!
