Sauce

I use this product to add taste to a sauce I make for either meat or fish the result is yummy.

Way too salty

This would be so perfect if it wasn't so salty. I love salt but this is too much. By the time you've put in the amount of seasoning you want for flavor you've overdone the salt by like 200%. But I'm allergic to alliums and this is all I've got to flavor things with so I'll keep using it.

I don’t have IBS but I do have a severe onion allergy. Unless I make my own vegetable broth and freeze it (which is expensive and time consuming) I don’t really have a nice base for the various dishes we make. I haven’t tried the chicken base yet but if it is half as good as the vegetable base, I will be elated! We have used the vegetable base as a seasoning for a rice dish that was outstanding!
