When Lisa finally agreed to send me a replacement, she sent me an email asking if I'd like to have the package sent to the same address? Before I answer her back, about one minute later, she sent me another email saying my address had been updated, to me it meant I don't need to reply to her anymore. But a week later, she sent me an email saying please confirm if you want us sent the package to the same address?
