I just added another favorite seasoning to my list. I use it on just about everything. Fody has been a life saver to me. It has allowed me to enjoy all the foods I was use to eating before ibs.

I do use this on everything that might need a kick. In my early fodmap days, this has been mostly veggies and polenta. I use the lemon/herb blend on the seafood I typically cook.
