Loved that I was able to choose two kinds of the granola bars to bundle and save! I love all the flavours!

When I started the FODMAP diet as a vegetarian who gets heartburn, I couldn’t find anything to eat. These fill the bill when I need something now. I keep them in a little bag in my can for emergencies. (Yummy!)

Great food etc! .Everything I’ve tried, is great, and I continue to get! Not only is it delicious, but very comfy on my tummy! Examples: Fody ketchup, barbecue sauce, “tomato” sauce, Fody bars, etc.
