I read some reviews and was worried the ginger would be too strong in this sauce, but it wasn't! It's a more runny sauce, not super thick, but that that doesn't really matter in this case. It was very good, I really like this sauce! I like the Teriyaki better but this one is great too!
I marinaded my chicken kabobs for a family cookout. It was a great hit. The flavor was excellent. I can't wait to try on pork and salmon.
The only reason I didn't give this sauce 5 stars is I find I need to add some peanut butter and tamari sauce to tone down the ginger. I understand its called Sesame Ginger sauce but I found the ginger a bit too strong for my liking. However, it's super delicious and will continue to buy. It's so great to have a stir fry sauce that doesn't have garlic or onion.
Used this on salmon then broiled it--EVERY guest loved it and wanted my recipe--Your FODMAP friendly products are a hit!!!
