Very helpful to have on hand!

The items I bought have been very helpful to have on hand and not have to think about the ingredients. It’s made going to restaurants so much easier! I have a small ice pack bag that I bring with me filled with fody ketchup, sauces and spices. I feel like I have my life back while on this low fodmap diet
