Delicious!

The shallot infused olive oil is delicious! My favourite way to use it is on cooked or steamed beans and other vegetables in combination with white balsamic vinegar.
The garlic infused oil is also delicious! It comes in very handy when I am in a hurry and don’t have time to deal with fresh garlic.
Both oils are light and easy to digest. I love them!

My spouse and I use this and the garlic oil every day because we love it so much. This oil is the best we have found to get onion flavor in our low fodmap recipes.

No onion, no garlic......just awesome olive oil goodness. I sprinkled it all over some sweet potatoes I was baking.....added basil, oregano, parsley flakes and let it all mellow! And it was wonderful. Thank you so much for making my food life so much better.
