Fody's Sliced Veggies with Homemade Ranch Dip
Jazz up your snack board with this incredibly easy homemade ranch dip recipe! Lactose free sour cream is mixed with Fody’s ranch seasoning, lemon juice & sliced green onion to give you a bold dip that’s perfect for game day! Dip your sliced veggies, chips or eat it by the spoonful – it’s delicious every way!
Fody's Sliced Veggies with Lemon Ranch Dip Ingredients:
- ½ cup Lactose free sour cream
- 1 Tbsp Fody’s Ranch Seasoning
- 1 Tbsp green onion, sliced (only the green parts)
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 2 carrots, peeled & sliced into sticks
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1½ cups mini peppers (red, yellow & orange), deseeded & sliced
- 2 cups broccoli, cut into florets
- 1 large cucumber, sliced
Directions for Fody's Sliced Veggies with Lemon Ranch Dip
Mix your sour cream, ranch seasoning, green onion and lemon juice together in a bowl and let it sit in the fridge for 30 minutes to overnight.
When you’re ready to serve, place your veggies on a tray and serve them with your chilled homemade ranch dip.
