Fody’s Skillet Cheeseburger Dip

Description of Fody’s Skillet Cheeseburger Dip

Your summer BBQ just got more exciting thanks to this incredibly simple yet delicious skillet Cheeseburger Dip featuring Fody’s Ketchup. This one pan dip is also perfect for those days you’re craving a burger but don’t want to fire up the grill!

Fody’s Skillet Cheeseburger Dip Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ lbs ground beef
  • 3 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup butter lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup dill pickles, chopped
  • ½ cup tomato, diced
  • ¼ cup mayo or lactose free greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Fody’s Ketchup

        Directions for Fody’s Skillet Cheeseburger Dip

        In a cast iron skillet over medium high heat add ground beef, crumbling it with a wooden spoon and cooking until brown about 3-4 minutes.

        Add in tomato paste, cream cheese + dijon mustard, mixing to combine ensuring the ground beef is fully coated.

        While the ground beef cooks, in a small mixing bowl combine mayo or greek yogurt with Fody’s Ketchup and whisk to combine.

        Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of cheeseburger dip, and place skillet under the broiler for 1-2 minutes until cheese is melted + bubbly. Watch this closely to ensure you do not burn the cheese.

        Top with shredded lettuce, tomato, dill pickles and the mayo + ketchup dressing.

        Serve your skillet cheeseburger dip with chips or potato wedges for dipping.
