Fody's Tomato Basil & Burrata Pasta Salad
Looking for a simple pasta salad to serve at your next get together? This Tomato Basil & Burrata Pasta Salad is perfect for warmer weather and is sure to be a crowd favourite! It’s super easy to make and ready in under 30 minutes.
Fody's Tomato Basil & Burrata Pasta Salad Ingredients:
- 2 cups gluten-free pasta, dry (small shape)
- 3 Tbsp Fody Garlic-Infused Olive Oil (divided)
- 1 cup Fody Tomato Basil Pasta Sauce
- 3 cups baby arugula
- 160g burrata
- 28g fresh basil, chopped
- Salt + pepper, to taste
Directions for Fody's Tomato Basil & Burrata Pasta Salad
Cook pasta according to package directions.
Once cooked, drain pasta and toss in 1 Tbsp of Garlic-Infused Olive Oil, all of the Tomato Basil Pasta Sauce, salt, and pepper.
Plate baby arugula on a large serving platter or bowl. Top with pasta.
Tear burrata into smaller pieces and arrange on top of pasta salad.
Garnish with fresh basil and additional salt and pepper, as desired. Drizzle with remaining 2 Tbsp of Garlic-Infused Olive Oil.
When ready to eat, toss ingredients together and serve!
