Fody's Baked Honey BBQ Chicken Wings
Crispy & sweet with the right amount of heat! Sweet honey is mixed with Fody’s Original low FODMAP BBQ sauce then slathered on chicken wings and baked until crispy! These baked chicken wings are always a crowd favorite & the perfect game day appetizer!

Directions for Fody's Baked Honey BBQ Chicken Wings
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Then place a large wire rack on top of the parchment.
Next place your chicken wings in a bowl and toss them in your olive oil. Spray the wire rack with non-stick cooking spray and place your chicken wings on the rack. Season them with salt and pepper (be very generous with the pepper) and bake for 30-35 minutes.
While the wings are cooking, heat your low FODMAP bbq sauce and honey in a small pot over medium low heat. (Stir occasionally to make sure the honey is fully mixed in.)
Once the baked chicken wings are done, brush them with your sauce and place them back in the oven for 5 minutes. (You can also broil the wings at this point to get them crispier. Just keep checking them to make sure they don’t burn. They might not take the whole 5 minutes.)
