Fody's Air Fryer BBQ Chicken Wings with Ranch Dip
Fody’s Air Fryer BBQ Chicken Wings are a sure fire crowd pleaser and can be made using any of Fody’s bold and flavorful low FODMAP BBQ sauce. Paired with zesty ranch dip and a side of crunchy veggies, you’ll want to make sure you fill your plate before they’re gone!
Fody's Air Fryer BBQ Chicken Wings with Ranch Dip Ingredients:
- 2 lbs chicken wings, split into flats + drumettes
- 2 tbsp Fody’s Garlic Infused Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Kosher salt
- ½ cup Fody’s Original, Chipotle or Maple BBQ Sauce
- Pan spray for air fryer
- 8 oz lactose free sour cream
- 8 oz lactose free greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp Fody’s Shallot Infused Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Fody’s Garlic Infused Olive Oil
- 2-4 tbsp Fody’s Ranch Seasoning depending on preference
Directions for Fody's Air Fryer BBQ Chicken Wings with Ranch Dip
Prep chicken wings by separating into drumettes and flats. Pat dry with a paper towel to remove as much excess moisture as possible.
Spray the air fryer basket with pan spray before frying.
In a medium mixing bowl, add the wings and toss with Fody’s Garlic Infused Olive Oil and salt.
Place wings on the air fryer basket, set fryer to 400F and fry for 12 minutes. Flip wings over and fry for an additional 12-15 minutes until the skin is crispy. You may need to air fry the wings in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
While the wings cook, add all of the ingredients for the ranch dip to a medium mixing bowl and mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
Once wings are finished, transfer them to a large mixing bowl and top with Fody’s low FODMAP BBQ sauce of choice, tossing to fully coat. If you’d like to try all 3 flavors, separate the wings into 3 separate bowls and use ⅓ cup of each flavor of Fody’s low FODMAP BBQ Sauces in each bowl, tossing to fully coat.
Serve alongside veggie sticks and ranch rip.
Note: If you do not have an air fryer you can bake the chicken wings in the oven at 400F for around 40 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165F.
