Hits the spot!

I received my FODY medium salsa not long ago and decided to use it on my lunch today. I made something I call “reverse taco salad”. I make a plate of nachos and then add the toppings on the chips.

The salsa has great flavour. I wouldn’t know it was made without onions or garlic. But I really love the texture!! It’s not too chunky which I find most brands are. Perfect for dipping. The heat can be adjusted for your taste by adding some hot sauce if you’d like. I’d absolutely buy the salsa again.

(Make sure you only use the green part of the green onion for low FODMAP).

I discovered Fody on Instagram and found their products at my local grocery store in Montreal. I tried the Medium Salsa first and I’m very pleased with the taste and texture. 🥰 I don’t miss the onions one bit! It has a sweet taste that I like a lot, plus it makes the tomatoes feel less acidic. Enjoyed it on nachos and plain tortilla chips, but I can’t wait to have it on tacos and in my burritos. Thanks Fody ❤️
