Fody's Gut-friendly Greek Pizza with Feta

Description of Fody's Greek Pizza with Feta

Can pizza be gluten free, gut-friendly and delicious? You bet! This quick gut-friendly pizza recipe is all three with a Mediterranean twist! Gluten free pizza crusts are topped with Fody’s Vegan Bolognese Sauce, fresh mozzarella, lots of veggies & feta cheese then baked until crispy & gooey! These pizzas only take 10 minutes to make and are perfect for lunch or dinner!

Fody's Greek Pizza with Feta Ingredients:

  • 2 Schar Gluten free pizza crusts
  • ½ cup Fody’s Vegan Bolognese
  • 1 Tbsp Fody’s Garlic-Infused Olive Oil
  • 1 cup red bell pepper, sliced thin
  • ⅓ cup kalamata olives, sliced
  • ¼ cup pepperoncini, sliced
  • 8 oz. fresh mozzarella, sliced (4 oz. per pizza)
  • 4 oz. feta cheese, crumbled (2 oz. per pizza)
  • Fresh dill, for garnish (optional)
  • Crushed red pepper flakes, for garnish (optional)

        Directions for Fody's Greek Pizza with Feta

        Place a pizza stone in the oven and turn it on to 400 degrees.

        Next brush both gluten free pizza crusts with a ½ Tbsp of Fody’s Garlic-Infused Olive Oil. Then spread half your Fody’s Vegan Bolognese over each gluten free pizza crust and layer each pizza with half your sliced mozzarella, red bell pepper, kalamata olives, pepperoncini and feta cheese.

        Transfer your gut-friendly pizzas to the hot pizza stone and bake for 8-10 minutes or until the crust is crispy and the cheese has melted. (For an extra crispy crust - try broiling your pizzas for 1-2 minutes once they’re done.)

        Once your Greek pizzas are done, sprinkle fresh dill and crushed red pepper flakes over the top of each pizza. Then slice and serve immediately.
